If you require airport transfer to your homestay please
send us your flight details on our Airport Reception Form and we will organize
our representative to meet you at the airport and take you and your baggage
to your accommodation.

How Do I Apply
Complete an application form and submit it to us at least two (2)
weeks before your date of arrival Homestay Application Form
If you require airport transfer to your homestay please send us your flight
details on our Airport Reception From.
Just download and complete these forms and fax them back to us to the number
quoted.
If you require temporary accommodation please email us on cora@bluearrow.com.au
with your budget and we will email or fax you an application form and quote.
On receipt of your application an invoice will be sent by e-mail or fax
for advance payment before your application can be processed
You can may make payments by cheque in Australian Dollars issued on an
Australian Bank. We cannot accepted personal cheques drawn in other currencies.
Cheques must be made out to ‘The Blue Arrow Group’.
Payment may also be made by bank cheque, or
direct deposit (telegraphic transfer) to our
bank account.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Policy
- The Homestay Placement Fee is due when you submit your
application and we match your profile to a Homestay family. This is payable
to Blue Arrow Homestay Services.
- The initial payment of the Homestay Fee for your family
is due in our office a minimum of two (2) weeks before you check-in to
the Homestay. Minimum initial stay is 4 weeks. These monies are payable
to Blue Arrow Homestay Services. If you wish to stay for longer than 4
weeks you must pay the Homestay fee in advance to the Homestay family
(one week in advance) until you move out. If you wish to move out you
are required to give your Homestay at least one week's notice
- If your requirements are to stay for less than 4 weeks please contact
us and we will try and accommodate your needs.
- For the convenience of our hosts we encourage you to schedule arrivals
and departure on week-ends.
Refund Policy for the Placement Fee
- If you cancel more than four (4) weeks before your check in date: You
get a 100% refund.
- If you cancel less than four (4) weeks before your check in date: You
get a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than two (2) weeks before your check in date: You
get NO refund

- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your check in date: You get a
50% refund.
Payments can be made as follows:

When your advance payment is received we will send you specific information
about your accommodation and contact details.
